Porcelain veneers are a core cosmetic service for modern dental clinics, and the laboratory behind them must support both esthetic predictability and efficient case flow. We are a full-service dental laboratory based in Shenzhen, China, founded in 2012 and focused on CAD/CAM digital dentistry. For dentists and clinics in 30+ countries, we fabricate custom ceramic veneers, Emax/lithium-disilicate veneers, and composite veneers, alongside our broader range of crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations, retainers, and night guards. Every case is produced to the clinician's prescription, with material selection, shade, contour, and fit aligned to the treatment plan you provide.
For the Clinic
We understand that veneer cases are judged by how well the final restorations integrate with the patient's facial esthetics, adjacent teeth, and occlusal function. Our workflow is designed for dental professionals who need reliable collaboration rather than a generic production service.
- Shade matching: We work with the VITA shade system and can incorporate detailed shade mapping, stump shade information, clinical photographs, and characterization notes. Incisal translucency, body shade, cervical blend, surface texture, and glaze can be planned to match the approved prescription.
- Digital workflow integration: We accept digital impressions, 3Shape and Exocad files, and traditional impressions, models, and bite records. Our CAD/CAM process includes Exocad/3Shape design, 5-axis milling, and 3D printing where indicated, allowing precise control from scan to finished restoration.
- Try-in and case-planning support: For appropriate cases, we can support diagnostic wax-ups, digital smile-design integration, and try-in stages. We review preparation design, margin placement, emergence profile, contacts, and occlusion before final fabrication so that clinical adjustments are minimized.
- Material and design consultation: For each case, we can confirm whether ceramic veneers, Emax/lithium-disilicate veneers, or composite veneers best match the preparation, occlusion, and esthetic requirements. Emax is a lithium-disilicate material technology, and we fabricate according to the system and prescription approved by the clinician.
Because veneer esthetics depend on communication, we encourage clinics to send preoperative photographs, shade tab images, stump shade, desired midline and incisal edge position, smile line, phonetic notes, reduction or clearance information, and any provisionals or mock-ups available. This information helps the laboratory design restorations that seat efficiently and support the planned clinical outcome.
Indications Handled
Our laboratory fabricates veneers and minimally invasive restorations for a range of professional indications, including:
- Discoloration that requires a stable, esthetic ceramic surface.
- Diastema closure where additive contour or conservative preparation is planned.
- Minor misalignment and tooth-shape correction as part of a smile-design plan.
- Worn dentition where veneers or onlays are indicated to restore form and function.
- Cases requiring ceramic or composite inlays/onlays, lithium-disilicate crowns, or veneers as part of a broader restorative plan.
Clinicians can combine porcelain veneers with other services from our product scope, including PFM crowns and bridges, full-contour and layered zirconia crowns, lithium-disilicate (Emax) crowns, ceramic/composite inlays and onlays, removable dentures, implant restorations, retainers, and night guards. Veneers may be planned as isolated anterior restorations, multi-unit esthetic cases, or components of full-mouth rehabilitation.
Quality Control and Turnaround
Each veneer is inspected before dispatch. Our quality-control checks include marginal fit, proximal contacts, occlusal relationships, shade consistency, surface finish, glazing, and characterization. If a restoration does not conform to the approved design or prescription due to laboratory fabrication, the remake is handled according to the original case parameters. We document case communication and keep the clinical team informed at key production stages.
For remake review, we request the original case details, clear photographs, and a description of the fit, shade, or contour concern. If the discrepancy is related to laboratory fabrication, we will remake the unit according to the approved prescription. If the issue relates to a change in clinical parameters or a revised treatment plan, we will discuss the adjusted design before proceeding.
Turnaround for regular cases is approximately 3 days of lab time. Implant and complex cases may require 4+ days. Total turnaround including shipping is about 7 days, depending on the case and destination. This schedule helps clinics plan delivery, try-in, and seating appointments with confidence.
